Purchase and financing


Verbal reservation

If the client decides to purchase a flat, we will reserve the flat chosen by the client for 48 hours.


Reservation agreement

The purchasing party will conclude a reservation agreement valid until 31. 10. 2019 with the selling party within 48 hours from the verbal reservation and the purchasing party will pay a reservation deposit in the amount of CZK 200,000 within three business days. The purchasing party will make a second reservation deposit within one month from signing the agreement and a third deposit within 31.10.2019 up to 20 % of the purchase price. Within 29. 12. 2019 up to 30 % of the purchase price.


Preliminary purchase contract

The purchasing party will conclude a preliminary purchase contract with the selling party no later than by 31. 10. 2019. The purchasing party will pay another 10 % deposit up to 20 % of the purchase price within 10 business days after signing the preliminary contract.


Purchase contract

Before the preliminary purchase contract expires, the purchasing party concludes a purchase contract with the selling party, no later than by 30. 11. 2020. After signing the purchase contract the purchasing party is obliged to pay the remainder of the purchase price to the selling party.


Handover of the unit

The handover can be expected in 4Q 2020 at the latest.
